the best part is that the person who put subtitle here knows the subtle change suwa had on using honorific, which is why they included honorific in romanji form instead of using "mr, ms, etc.."

by the end of the episode, suwa has used dono, showing his utmost respect to our great detective mouri

I can only assume the people who subbed this series were either native JP speakers or at least fluent enough to notice changes in the way people are addressed

Just my assumption though

Damn sure a lot of murder theme episodes in this anime but it makes sense since this is a detective story .I mean enjoyable than last episode

Why does Conan have a box cutter on his person.

The culprit low-key an idiot. I would've just left it and say i was framed. They would've believed it with the backwards katana, and that dying message was the only evidence Conan had.
